1. Scope and Validity of the Terms
1.1 These general and order terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) of GreenMouse OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) apply to all individuals (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) who use the www.klodenordic.ee online store (hereinafter referred to as the e-store), order goods and services from the e-store (hereinafter referred to as the Goods), including entering into a sales contract (hereinafter referred to as the Sales Contract) for purchasing goods from the e-store.
1.2 By accepting the Terms, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the conditions of the Sales Contract and will comply with them.
2. Purchasing Goods and Placing an Order in the E-Store
2.1 Product Availability and Pricing
Goods available for purchase in the e-store are marked with the "Add to Cart" link. Product prices and availability may change without prior notice. If the Buyer places an order before a price change occurs, the price applicable at the time of the order will be honored.
2.2 Right to Withdraw from the Sales Contract
The Seller reserves the right to withdraw from the Sales Contract and not deliver the ordered Goods or service in the following cases:
- The product is out of stock.
- The product is marked as "On Order" but is no longer available.
- A pricing or product description error has occurred due to a system malfunction.
2.3 Shopping Cart and Order Placement
- The quantity of items in the shopping cart can be modified.
- To proceed with the purchase, the Buyer must click "Go to Checkout" and provide the necessary details, including the delivery method.
- The Buyer must accept the e-store's terms and conditions by clicking "Place Order".
- After confirming the order, the Buyer is redirected to the payment page, where they must select a payment method.
- Once the payment is completed, the order confirmation is sent via email.
- The Sales Contract is deemed concluded once the payment is received by GreenMouse OÜ. Unpaid orders will not be processed.
2.4 Payment for Goods
Goods can be paid for via:
- Internet banking (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV Bank).
- Credit card (by selecting the appropriate payment method and following the on-screen instructions).
After a successful payment:
- The e-store sends the order confirmation to the Buyer.
- An invoice is sent via email after the goods are delivered.
All personal data obtained during the purchase process is treated as confidential. Encrypted data communication channels with banks ensure the security of personal and banking information. GreenMouse OÜ representatives do not have access to encrypted banking data.
2.5 Delivery and Handover of Goods
- Goods are delivered to the shipping address provided by the Buyer.
- The Buyer is notified about the delivery status via the contact details given at checkout.
- The shipping conditions applicable at the time of order placement will be followed.
- The Buyer must ensure that contact details are accurate to avoid delays or misunderstandings in delivery.
- GreenMouse OÜ and courier services are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Buyer.
- Goods may be delivered to a third party if the Buyer has specified a different recipient in the order.
2.6 Right of Withdrawal
Note: This withdrawal policy does not apply to the cancellation of consumer credit agreements, which are subject to their own contractual terms.
2.6.1 Withdrawal Period
- The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
- A 2-year warranty applies if the product is defective.
2.6.2 Withdrawal Deadline
- The 14-day withdrawal period starts from the day the Buyer or an authorized third party (excluding the courier) physically receives the Goods.
2.6.3 How to Use the Right of Withdrawal
To withdraw from the Sales Contract, the Buyer must:
- Notify GreenMouse OÜ in writing via email, providing the invoice number and reason for return.

2.6.4 Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
- The product was delivered in a sealed package and has been opened, making it unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
- The product has been visibly used or damaged by the Buyer.
2.6.5 Withdrawal Process and Refund
a. Refund Policy:
- If the Buyer withdraws from the contract, GreenMouse OÜ refunds all payments received, including standard delivery costs.
- Additional costs arising from more expensive shipping options chosen by the Buyer (other than the cheapest standard option) will not be refunded.
- The refund is processed within 14 days from the date GreenMouse OÜ is informed of the withdrawal.
b. Payment Method for Refunds:
- The refund is processed using the same payment method the Buyer used, unless otherwise agreed.
- No additional fees or costs are applied for processing the refund.
c. Returning the Goods:
- The Buyer must return the Goods to GreenMouse OÜ within 14 days after notifying the Seller about the withdrawal.
- The return must be made to the address provided after prior notice to the Seller.
- The Buyer bears the costs of returning the Goods.
d. Withholding of Refunds:
The Seller may withhold the refund until:
- The Goods are received, OR
- The Buyer provides proof that the Goods have been returned.
e. Condition of Returned Goods:
- The Buyer must return the Goods unused, in original packaging, and in full set, including any promotional items received with the purchase.
- If the Buyer has used the Goods beyond what is necessary to verify their condition and functionality, they will be liable for the loss in value.
f. Direct Costs of Returning the Goods:
- The Buyer must cover the cost of returning the Goods.
g. Liability for the Decreased Value of Goods:
- If the Buyer has used the Goods improperly or beyond normal testing, they are responsible for any reduction in value.
- GreenMouse OÜ has the right to deduct this loss in value from the refund.
h. Independent Evaluation of Value Reduction:
- If the Buyer disputes the Seller’s assessment of value reduction, they can request an independent expert opinion.
- The losing party (Buyer or Seller) must cover the expert's costs.
- If neither party is solely responsible, the cost is shared equally.
2.7 Order Cancellation
The Buyer can cancel the order after payment but before shipment, with no extra costs. To cancel the contract/order, the Buyer must send a written request including the Sales Contract number to: info@klodenordic.ee. A confirmation of cancellation will be sent to the Buyer.
3. Data Protection and Processing Principles
3.1 The Seller ensures the protection and use of the Buyer's data, including personal data, in accordance with the terms set out in the Privacy Policy. The Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy. Based on applicable legal regulations and the provisions of the Privacy Policy, the Seller has the right to process data (including personal data) without the Buyer’s separate consent to the extent necessary for using the e-store, fulfilling the Sales Contract, or ensuring the performance of the Sales Contract.
This includes, but is not limited to, the Seller’s right to:
- Send the Buyer notifications related to the use of the e-store, including messages that are essential for ensuring the security of e-store users.
- Store order data of logged-in Buyers for better service and transaction verification, including incomplete orders for a reasonable period.
3.2 If the Buyer has given consent upon signing the Customer Agreement or in another form confirming their approval (e.g., through self-service options), the Seller may use the data for marketing purposes under the terms specified in the Privacy Policy. This includes sending personalized direct marketing, promotional, and discount offers via electronic means (e.g., email or SMS).
3.3 The Buyer has the right to withdraw their consent for the marketing use of their data at any time by:
- Sending an email to the Seller requesting withdrawal of consent.
- Following the opt-out instructions provided in a direct marketing message received via email.
4. Liability and Dispute Resolution
4.1 The Buyer has the right to submit complaints to the Seller regarding non-conforming Goods (Goods with defects) within two (2) years from the date of delivery. The complaint must be submitted without delay, but no later than two (2) months after the defect has been discovered. Upon discovering a defect, the Buyer must take reasonable measures to preserve and protect the Goods, including refraining from using defective Goods if their use could further deteriorate their condition.
4.2 In the event of non-conformity with contractual terms, the Buyer is entitled to rely on legal remedies, including requesting repair, replacement, or withdrawal from the Sales Contract and returning the defective Goods.
4.3 GreenMouse OÜ is not responsible for:
- Deterioration or damage to the Goods caused by the Buyer.
- Defects resulting from improper use of the Goods.
- Normal wear and tear due to regular use.
4.4 If a sales warranty is provided by the Seller or manufacturer, the Buyer will receive the warranty conditions in writing along with the Goods and/or they will be made available electronically in the e-store.
4.5 To resolve potential future issues, the Buyer must retain purchase documents (invoice, contract, etc.) as proof of purchase from the Seller's e-store. Without a proof of purchase document, the Seller or service provider may refuse to resolve the issue.
4.6 Complaints regarding Goods purchased from the e-store can be submitted as follows:

4.7 When submitting a complaint, the Buyer must also provide the defective Goods. If diagnosing or expert evaluation is required to determine the nature and cause of the defect, the Seller and Buyer will enter into a service and repair agreement.
4.8 The resolution of defects in the Goods follows the GreenMouse OÜ complaint submission terms, which are an integral part of the Sales Contract and these purchase conditions. The Buyer must confirm their acceptance of these terms before concluding the Sales Contract.
4.9 The Seller ensures that all Goods sold in the e-store comply with European Union standards. Any circumstances outlined in these standards will not be considered defects in the Goods.

For dispute resolution, the Buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee, which handles disputes arising from the contract between the Buyer and the Seller if they cannot be resolved through mutual agreement.

5. Other terms
5.1 Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
5.2 Product prices and availability may change without prior notice. In such cases, GreenMouse OÜ reserves the right to withdraw from the sale and refund the Buyer within a reasonably required period.
5.3 Klode e-store reserves the right to withdraw from the sale if any of the following issues occur with the product: a human error in price entry or a technical system error (for example, if a storage box priced at 70 EUR is mistakenly listed for 7 EUR, it is clearly an error. In such a case, it is expected that the Buyer understands this is a mistake, and the product will not be sold at that price).
5.4 Product information is regularly checked and updated. The data may have changed since the Buyer's last visit.
5.5 Klode reserves the right to apply quantity restrictions in e-store sales campaigns based on stock availability, the number of orders, and other relevant factors. Information regarding quantity limits will be displayed on the product page.
